In High School Pro Start class we used to make Pavlova Pillows filled with Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries and Whipped Cream. That combination was heavenly and until the addition of whipped cream, fat free. Granted, fat free means sugar but nonetheless, for dessert, that’s not so bad. These are simple and only 25 Calories. The perfect ‘Model Eats’ Dessert.
FYI: I make mine without chocolate but that’s only because I used these in another another dessert.
