My go-to green smoothie, packed with romaine, spinach, celery, apple, pear, lemon, and banana. I had 2 friends start drinking this for breakfast and both of them lost five pounds in 2 weeks.
This is a great smoothie to start your green smoothie journey. It’s the only one my husband will drink because it’s not thick enough or strong enough to notice that you’re drinking vegetables. It’s delicious and one of my favorite green smoothies.
